I chose graphite pencil for this portrait as I find it a wonderful medium for highlighting texture and detail.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nMy graphite drawings are drawn in great detail and take a considerable number of hours to produce.  My drawing method allows me to portray subjects with sensitivity and feeling and it never ceases to amaze me how stunning a graphite drawing can be.
